After going through such storms, one after the other, and making a previous recording reflecting some of those difficult days, I was ready to make a new and thrilling declaration through my music and in my concerts: God is just simply good. Period. No matter what we experience in life, either way HE IS JUST GOOD. As I was learning new levels of praise in my personal life, I came across this fabulous song written by my friend, Bobby Lee Wills, called God’s Been Very Good To Me. It said exactly what I was experiencing, and I was blessed to be able to record that song. It has been such a blessing to so many people around the world, as well as some of the old songs that I chose for this recording. My daughter wrote one of the songs, as a result of the death of my grandson and her nephew. It has a wonderful message. All in all, this recording simply reminds all of us of the goodness of God and how He so wonderfully carries us through all events of our lives.
